RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at care@budahood.com. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will ask you to provide the return tracking number. After we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email and proceed with the refund process.
Please note:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Returned items remain your responsibility until received by us—we recommend using a registered and trackable shipping method
- Returns from outside France or the U.S. may take longer to arrive

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@budahood.com so we can resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, with tags
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at care@budahood.com.
