Available Items
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3 business days after item availability is confirmed and payment is verified. Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of order processing.
Please note that delays may occur during high-volume periods such as seasonal promotions or holidays.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet released but are arriving soon. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each pre-order product page.
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you and issue a full refund if the item becomes unavailable.
Your card will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order.
Combined Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately in two phases:
- In-stock items: Shipped first using standard shipping methods.
- Pre-order items: Shipped as soon as they are available.
Payment Methods
BUDAHOOD offers secure and flexible payment options to make your checkout experience seamless:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Accepted via Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Union Pay).
- PayPal: Checkout using your PayPal account or as a guest via paypal.com.
- WeChat Pay: Available for customers in Asia for fast and direct payment through your WeChat account.
All payment transactions are subject to authorization by your bank or payment provider. Standard pre-authorization checks are performed to protect against fraud. BUDAHOOD cannot be held responsible for any declined payments or additional fees imposed by your payment provider.
Refunds
Refunds for returns or cancellations will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
