JEWLLERY CARE

Each of our S925 silver pieces is unique and hand-crafted with love by skilled artisans, resulting in slight variations in size, shape, and colour from one piece to another. Embrace these differences, as they only serve to enhance the individuality of each creation. The embedded natural gemstones are a love letter from Mother Earth, alive with radiant energy. At BUDAHOOD, we treat each piece of jewellery as if it were a living breathing being to be cherished. Connect with them wholeheartedly, infusing them with love, intention, and attention. Immerse yourself in the gifts bestowed upon us by Mother Earth.

BUDAHOOD is designed to last many generations to come but the natural beauty of all precious jewellery can fade without proper care. Safeguard your pieces from knocks, bumps, scratches, chemicals, sunlight, and extreme temperatures to preserve their enduring radiance.

CARE TIPS

  • Remember to take off your BUDAHOOD before sleeping, bathing, swimming, or working out.
  • Protect your jewellery from lotions, soaps, shampoos, and makeup.
  • Avoid contact with household cleaners, bleach, chlorinated water or anything with chemicals.
  • Be careful when wearing multiple pieces to prevent scratches.
  • Extend your jewellery’s life by gently putting it on or removing it.
  • Avoid applying too much pressure, and do not drop your jewellery to avoid chipping or damaging the surface of the metal, enamel, or precious stones.
  • Store your jewellery in the original packaging to protect against sun and humidity.

SPECIAL CARE TIPS FOR NATURAL CRYSTAL, JADE AND ENAMEL

  • Since gemstones are very delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times.
  • We advise cleaning BUDAHOOD precious stones with a clean, soft cloth after wearing.
  • Natural crystals, jades and emeralds should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth only.
  • Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.
  • Enamel jewellery should not be worn in direct contact with any other jewellery to avoid damage to the enamel coating.
  • Avoid exposing enamel-coated jewellery to high heat.

CLEANING TIPS

  • For cleaning, softly polish your BUDAHOOD using a jewellery polishing cloth.
  • Do not use ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Do not use silver cleaner, as it may lead to damage to natural gemstones.
  • Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean jewellery as they can cause scratching.
