We offer free shipping on orders over 200 euro, regardless of the shipping destination.



SHIPPING METHODS

 

BUDAHOOD delivers parcels all over the world via DHL Express, Fedex, UPS or SF Express.

  • We endeavor to process all orders within 3-5 working days. During peak sale seasons, please allow for a slight delay due to a high volume of orders. BUDAHOOD commits to keeping you informed but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Every shipment includes an official invoice stating the exact declared value of each item in euros, even for sale or discounted items. This is to ensure transparency and compliance with tax regulations. The worth of goods will be clearly indicated on the package’s insert for all orders.
  • Once orders are dispatched, cancellations or changes to the delivery address are not possible. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout. Upon receiving your parcel, you have the option to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you (or a designated recipient, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

  • During regular periods, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days with express shipping options available.
  • During peak periods and holidays, please allow extra days for order fulfillment. Our team will strive to keep you updated in the event of any fulfillment delays.
  • All express shipments, domestic and international, require a direct signature upon delivery.



CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For all orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), United States (US), China and Taiwan, please note the following:

  • Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are imposed once the shipment reaches your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Legal Compliance: In accordance with the laws of your location, customs policies vary from country to country, and we have no control over these charges. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any applicable fees required by your country's customs authorities.
  • Non-Payment: If you refuse to pay any customs duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to us, and you will be liable for return shipping charges and other associated fees.

 

 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY 

In the event that the delivery is refused for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and import duty fees incurred by the automatic return of the parcel to the sender. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount of the order.
