We offer free shipping on all orders over €200, regardless of the shipping destination.
Shipping Methods
BUDAHOOD delivers parcels worldwide via trusted express couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or SF Express.
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak sale periods, please allow for slight delays due to higher order volumes. While we strive to process and ship your orders promptly, BUDAHOOD is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance delays
- Events beyond our control
Each shipment includes an official invoice stating the declared value of each item in euros, including discounted or sale items, in compliance with international tax regulations.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. After receiving your parcel, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery Times
During normal periods, orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
During peak seasons or holidays, please allow for additional processing time. We will notify you of any fulfillment delays where possible.
All express shipments require a direct signature upon delivery, both for domestic and international orders.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU), United States (US), China, and Taiwan:
- Shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon arrival in your country.
- These charges are imposed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are not able to predict or control these fees as customs policies vary by country.
If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for:
- Return shipping fees
- Any additional costs incurred during the return process
These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refusal of Delivery
If a parcel is refused by the recipient for any reason, the customer is responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Any import duties or return shipping charges
These fees will be deducted from your final refund amount once the parcel is returned to us.
